2. Your subscriptions begins when your payment has been received.
3. All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
4. LottoNumber.co.nz may change the price for the Subscriptions from time to time. Price changes for Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
5. Subscriptions can be purchased directly from LottoNumber.co.nz by paying a subscription fee which can be paid monthly, 3-monthly, 6-monthly or annually. We do not accept cash payments sent directly to us. Payment for all subscription should be made online directly from LottoNumber.co.nz and your account will be charged in NZD.
6. If we cannot charge your credit card account or do not receive payment owing from you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LottoNumber.co.nz
7. Your payment to LottoNumber.co.nz will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You need to buy a new subscription after the end of your current subscription period to be able to continue using LottoNumber.co.nz full features.
8. Before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.
   If you change your mind for any or no reason, you will receive a full refund within two weeks starting from the day you buy a subscription, however, refunds will not be provided if you have accessed areas of LottoNumber.co.nz website that require subscription (e.g. you have used number generator).

1. We (Corvidae Limited) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (lottonumber.co.nz, including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.
